Phase 4 – Work commences inside the building. The skeleton of internal walls and services (electricity, plumbing and so on) appear – not to mention floors!
We took videos of all the rooms before the sheetrock (plasterboard) went onto the walls. That turned out to be a very good idea in years to come.
